Accounts Officer

Accountabilities:

• Arrange and monitor annual tonnage tax payments and other vessel-related payments, while continuously enhancing procedures and KPI performance
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring newbuilding-related payments
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare, consolidate, and review monthly reports
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Liaise with relevant parties on document reviews, compliance matters, and certificate renewals
• Conduct high-quality analyses and provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the shipping industry

• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Mature, well-organized, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

• Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office applications
