ACCOUNTS OFFICER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full - time Accounts Officer to join our company in Ipoh, Perak. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in delivering timely and reliable financial information to support business decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Handle Full set of accounts - processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers in the accounting system
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports
• Assisting with year-end audit preparation and other ad hoc financial tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts field, fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
