About the RoleWorking within the Administration Team, you'll play an important role in supporting the financial operations of the business and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. 

The scope of responsibilities will vary depending on the successful applicant's skills, experience and capabilities, with ongoing support and development to help you succeed. 

Key Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Managing invoices and payment processing
• Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting compliance with accounting procedures and policies
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient workflows
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
• Providing administrative support to the broader team
• Assisting with finance and business projects as required.
