Accounts Officer

OM Civil is currently seeking an Accounts Officer who has experience in the civil construction industry. We are experiencing significant growth in the urban development sector as we have a number of projects in the South East Queensland region.

To be considered for the role, you will have a minimum of 2 years recent hands on experience with processing accounts payable / receivable and have previously worked for a civil construction company.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficient with accounting software and book keeping principles
• Have intermediate to advanced computer skills – specifically Excel and Word
• Work autonomously and to tight deadlines
• Undertake other administrative support duties as requested
• Strong administration, organisation and written English skills.
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Reception duties

This is a casual position with the view to becoming permanent part-time based on availability.
