Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions including voucher inputs, payments and bank reconciliation
• Perform checking of daily accounting entries and reports
• Liaise with auditors and assist with audit and tax reporting
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in securities brokerage, financial institutions or related financial services industry
• Proficient in various functions of Excel, FLEX accounting software and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
