What they need
- * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- * Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation using Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- * Handle GST invoicing, e-way bills, and other routine tax-related documentation.
- * Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- * Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including customer and vendor follow-ups.
- * Maintain stock, inventory, production, and dispatch records in coordination with the factory team.
- * Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- * Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and external auditors/CA.
- * Handle general office documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to factory operations.
