Accounts Officer

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved purchase requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for price, quantity, quality, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain purchase orders, quotation records, supplier details, and procurement documents.
• Verify purchase requisitions and ensure proper approval before issuing POs.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, QA/QC, Accounts, and Management regarding purchase requirements.
• Track pending and open purchase orders and provide regular status updates.
• Verify received materials against the PO in coordination with the Stores team.
• Communicate shortages, excess quantities, damages, or specification deviations to suppliers.
• Support supplier evaluation and maintain supplier performance records.
• Assist in negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Ensure procurement is carried out from approved suppliers wherever applicable.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit, traceability, and compliance requirements.
• Follow up on invoices and coordinate with Accounts for payment-related documentation.
• Support procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, maintenance items, and office requirements as assigned.
• Prepare regular purchase reports and pending PO reports for management review.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
