Role: Senior Accounts Officer
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 4 to 12 Years
Package: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹5.00 LPA
Location: Thane (West), Maharashtra

Experience

• 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Candidates from the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and accounting entries.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and related documentation.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and daily fund requirements.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and banks for accounting-related matters.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and accounting-related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies.
• Support the Finance/Accounts Manager in day-to-day financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
• Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in Invoicing and BRS.
• Good understanding of Cash Flow Management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
