Accounts Officer

Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.

Handle customer receipts, vendor payments, and bank transactions.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.

Verify vehicle sales invoices, booking advances, customer payments, and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and other departments regarding billing and accounting matters.

Verify service invoices, spare parts bills, and workshop-related expenses.

Maintain petty cash, cash books, and daily cash collection reports.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Automobile Accounts: 3 years (Required)
• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
