Role & responsibilities:
- Process vendor payments, including domestic, international, and statutory payments.
- Manage Letters of Credit (LCs) and bank guarantees.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process and coordinate travel expense reimbursements.
- Support month-end closing activities, including payment tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal supply chain teams to resolve payment-related queries and ensure smooth transactions.
