We are now looking for a talented Accounts Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Accountant, the incumbent will be responsible for handling accounting operations, bookkeeping and financial reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in accounting operations, bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Process vendor bills, customer invoices, receipts and payments, ensuring complete and accurate accounting records are properly maintained
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unreconciled transactions
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for external auditors and internal reporting purposes
• Assist in month-end closing procedures, budget preparation, internal and external audit
• Prepare profits tax filing to IRD
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in property development industry is advantageous
• Practical experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
