Accounts Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead accounts operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial closures, compliance with applicable regulations, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, and financial transactions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes, and SOPs.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with business, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in accounts and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial closing, audit management, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.
