Accounts Operations Supervisor

Join a dynamic accounting operations team and play a key leadership role managing high-volume Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable functions. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coaching teams, driving operational excellence, and improving processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of 10-12 accounting professionals
• Manage daily workflow, priorities, and productivity
• Monitor performance, deadlines, and operational goals
• Support month-end close activities and transaction processing
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and global teams, including colleagues in India
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, Oracle, Workday, and SharePoint

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience leading teams in accounting operations, finance operations, AP, AR, or transaction-processing environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience managing priorities, reviewing work, and meeting operational objectives
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience working with international teams
• Knowledge of Power BI, Oracle, Workday, and advanced Excel
• Process improvement and project management experience
