- Bank processing: process and reconcile daily bank transactions related to supplier payments, ensuring accurate matching between bank and accounting records.
- Supplier reconciliations: reconcile supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve invoice, payment, credit note, and balance issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Month-end closing: prepare and reconcile accounts payable balances and related documentation as part of the monthly close.
- Internal controls & compliance: apply internal controls, company policies, and accounting procedures, and keep financial records complete and well organized.
- General finance support: assist with general expense invoices, employee expense claims, audit requests, and other finance-related administration.
- Continuous improvement: contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP projects, and support accounts receivable activities when needed.
