ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor transactions. This role supports financial operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to meet payment obligations.

What You'll Do

• Review, validate, and process invoices, billing statements, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare Accounts Payable vouchers, journal entries, accruals, and payment transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve payment discrepancies, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, and business units to ensure timely payments.
• Support month-end closing activities, audit requirements, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, or any business-related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, ERP/accounting systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
