Accounts Payable Analyst

An accounts payable analyst manages outgoing expenses, audits vendor invoices, reconciles financial ledgers, and optimizes payment processes. • Invoice & Payment Processing: Review, verify, and match vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving logs.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and fix mismatches in pricing, quantities, or coding between vendors and internal departments.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and accounts payable ledgers.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and help implement automated billing or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all transactions adhere to internal financial controls, tax rules, and general accounting standards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of background in accounts payable or general accounting operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with major accounting software or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to spot data anomalies, analyze spending trends, and manage high-volume transactions

Pay: Php11,909.49 - Php15,404.74 per month
