Accounts Payable Analyst

• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand.  You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self- motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business
• Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Record invoices onto Excel trackers
• Process high volume of invoices
• Reconcile statements to the ledgers
• Weekly payment runs and allocations
• Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
• Support other team members when required
