Accounts Payable Analyst

• Participate in the Accounts Payable end to end process to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in-line with agreed payment terms and within the agreed upon Service Level Agreement
• Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on a timely manner
• Preparation and sending of Accounts Payable Aging Report
• Reconciliation of vendor SOA vs vendor ledger balances, Confirms AP balances with the vendors as necessary
• Coordination of requests per department until completed in the system
• Monitoring and coordination of aged items for exception processing and items for approval
• Processing approved vendor accreditation and updating vendor records in SAP
• Maintains a documented system of AP policies and procedure
• Assist on month-end and year-end closing such as participating in external audit and ensuring that all financial records related to accounts payable transactions are accurate and complete
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course, with minimum relevant experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
• Preferably with relevant accounting experience and experience in Retail or Restaurant Industry
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP/Accounting systems such a SAP, Oracle or similar platforms
• Highly analytical, keen to details, critical thinker
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to be assigned in Makati and can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
