Accounts Payable (AP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Finance Executive to support our finance team across Accounts Payable (AP) functions. This role involves handling daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting month-end closing, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with exposure to any of these areas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process trade and non-trade invoices, verify documentation (PO, GRN), and post transactions in Netsuite.
• Perform record all expenses through Account Payable are properly.
• Classification into our ERP, monitor responsible and follow up when payments are due.
• Preparation of WHT accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements and propose accruals during month-end closing.
• Prepare payment proposals in line with SOP and manage communication with vendors.
• Reconcilation input VAT, consolidate input & output VAT and perform Reconcilation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle petty cash and staff-related reimbursements.
• Assist Supervisor in preparing month-end closing. Support Audit & monthly reporting(s) as required.
• Work closely with other team members and cooperate with other departments to support company business strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, LCCI) are a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in AP function.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Netsuite) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the Retail or F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory.
