Accounts Payable Assistant and Senior Accounts Payable Assistant

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €35k / €40k basic plus bens

Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (3 days in/2 days wfh)

Our client, an industry-leading manufacturer, is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant and a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team. These roles will cover processing a high volume of purchase invoices and payment runs and preparing bank reconciliations. The successful candidates will be comfortable working at pace and will take ownership of their workload, maintaining a high level of accuracy in a busy transactional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input purchase invoices and credit notes
• Prepare/allocate supplier payments
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare aged creditor reports
• Manage invoice related queries
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Key Skills

• 2-4 years accounts payable experience in fast-paced environment (manufacturing is highly advantageous)
• Previous SAP experience is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with high attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
• Proactive, positive and excellent team player
