  • Preparing and processing weekly payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed payment terms
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records and payment details
  • Managing the Accounts Payable shared inbox and responding to enquiries promptly
  • Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit activities
  • Reconciling utility accounts and assisting with tenancy changes
  • Maintaining client Letter of Authority records
  • Processing refund reconciliations and allocations
  • Managing supplier onboarding and Vendor Café administration, including following up invitations and supporting invoice uploads
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and service delivery across the department

About You We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who can work effectively within a busy finance function. You will have:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, or Finance Administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team when required

  • Comprehensive company benefits package
  • Opportunities for career development and progression
  • A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment
  • The opportunity to join a respected and growing national business with ambitious plans for the future
