Accounts Payable Associate

• Receive, review, and record supplier invoices. Reconcile and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform three-way matching prior to payment. Verify completeness of documents (PO,Receiving Report, Invoice) prior payment request.
• Check all Request for Payments (RFP) and ensure that it complies with all the needed attachments prior payment preparation.
• Process payments (check, bank transfer, online) through Quickbooks with proper approvals
• Update Accounts Payable vendor masterlist.
• Update the passbooks daily and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely payment to avoid penalties and service interruptions.
• Prepare AP aging schedules and monitor outstanding balances.
• Assist in month-end P&L reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Able to handle financial records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
