Growing organization seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support AP processing, vendor maintenance, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Maintain vendor and banking records
• Support cash management and spend analysis
• Utilize Excel and ERP systems

Qualifications:

• AP experience
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs)
• ERP experience preferred
