POSITION INFO: Job description : Process supplier invoices accurately and timeously Reconcile supplier statements and resolve account queries Prepare supplier payment schedules Capture and process creditor transactions Ensure all supporting documentation is accurately maintained Assist with month-end creditor reconciliations Follow up on outstanding invoices and account discrepancies Maintain accurate supplier records Assist with finance administration duties as required Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills & Experience : Minimum 2 years' of Accounts Payable experience Strong reconciliation experience within an intergroup environment Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and administrative abilities Experience working on accounting systems Exposure to the retail construction environment Advantageous Available immediately Qualification: Relevant Diploma or degree in accounting Matric essential Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and view all our financial recruitment vacancies.
