Accounts Payable Clerk

Haven ASG is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage all Accounts Payable functions for:
• Haven Aero
• Haven ASG
• Haven MROs (3 entities)
• Haven FBO
• Work alongside a part-time AP team member who will assist with AP duties.
• Enter and maintain General Ledger (GL) entries, including:
• Prepaids
• Depreciation
• Payroll accruals
• Process payroll accruals and properly allocate payroll expenses across the various company entities. All employees are paid through ASG.
• Review and match invoices between Corridor (MRO software) and QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure AP transactions are properly coded and recorded.
• Work closely with the CFO and assist with accounting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Previous Accounts Payable experience required.
• Strong understanding of GL entries and accounting principles.
• Experience with 3-way matching is highly preferred.
• Experience with payroll accruals and allocating expenses across multiple entities is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour
