Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite and ServiceTitan.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
