Description

• Processing and coding supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
• Dealing with European Payments, German Ledgers and Euros.
• Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
• Handling payment runs, including BACS and cheque payments.
• Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accountancy regulations.
• Assisting with month-end processes, including ledger reconciliations.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk you will have experience in the above and be available on short notice.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of £18.00 to £20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
• A temporary position offering flexibility and experience within European Markets.
