Accounts Payable Clerk

This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant, to join this global reach retail brand in managing supplier accounts and processing invoices:

Your main duties will include:

• Processing a high volume of invoices and credit notes with speed and accuracy
• Three way matching of invoices
• Working with Purchase Orders (POs)
• Manage the processing of stock invoices
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Dealing with any queries
• Maintaining existing accounts, by building good relationships with suppliers
• Supporting on any month end ad hoc duties where required
• Processing weekly BACS runs

You must have some previous experience working in Accounts Payable, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
