Accounts Payable

Do you speak fluent numbers and love keeping payments on point?
CT Prime Solutions is looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. If you’re skilled in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools, and you know how to process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and keep payment records accurate—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Review, process, and verify invoices and expense reports.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and schedule payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and reports.
• Support clients with day-to-day AP tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• At least some experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping (2+ years preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM – 5 AM Philippine Time).
