What they need
Location: V. A. Rufino St., Makati City
Schedule: Full-time (On-site) | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS Accountancy
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Advantage: 1–3 years in AP, inventory, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail & understanding of basic accounting
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Reconcile vendor accounts & resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Assist in audits and improve AP processes
