Accounts Payable

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join a global team supporting payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process complex invoices accurately and in line with company policies.
• Execute payment batches through checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Perform regular AP reconciliations against vendor statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and payment procedures.
• Prepare payment status reports and AP performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate payment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and AP/Payroll tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures.
• Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good command of English.
