Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables

• Ensure supplier invoices are checked and matched before posting into accounting system on timely manner
• Reconciliation of invoices according to suppliers’ SOA
• Liaise with respective departments and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies before payment
• Prepare of statutory & suppliers’ payments, staff claims & petty cash reimbursements
• Prepare tax payments such as Withholding Tax, VAT etc.
• Bank reconciliation

Reporting

• Generate reports for management on monthly basis, as required.

Others

• Filing of accounting documents on monthly basis
• General data entry and administration work
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by superior

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, particularly AP background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in VAT
• Knowledge in Xero system is an added advantage
• Resourceful, innovative, creative and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Someone who is results-driven, responsible and able to work efficiently with minimal guidance
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast paced, fun environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fair proficiency in written and spoken English
