About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Accountant & General Manager Finance, you will be responsible for the effective management of end-to-end accounts payable activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
You will play a key role in ensuring supplier payments, financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting are maintained to a high standard while supporting the broader finance function. The role requires a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.

- Maintain supplier master data, including onboarding new suppliers and managing vendor accounts.
- Prepare and manage payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and within agreed terms.
- Act as a key point of contact for supplier enquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate outstanding items.
- Support month-end accounts payable activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AP processes, controls, and systems.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and operational stakeholders to ensure efficient procure-to-pay processes.
Broader Finance Support
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Prepare journals, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as required.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements.
- Assist with GST and other finance compliance obligations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or a broader Finance position.

- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial controls, and GST requirements.
- Experience supporting multiple entities and jurisdictions.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Pronto.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive stakeholder relationships.
