Hiring: Accounts Assistant (AP)

Location: Kovan Campus

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm

Salary range: $2200-2800 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable role
• Regulate all purchases by the company
• Verify invoices and process payment
• Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system
• Prepare accounts schedules
• Monitor and record payments for agent commissions
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives
• To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable
• Meticulous and with an eye for details
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work with deadlines and under pressure
