Accounts Payable

APC Infra Star Construction Corp. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Accounts Payable Personnel who can efficiently manage company expenses, verify project-related documents, and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries.
• Record and monitor accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain an organized filing system for invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Ensure all payments are properly authorized and compliant with company policies.
• Track due dates and prioritize payments based on urgency and cash flow schedules.
• Coordinate with project engineers and procurement to verify deliveries and work accomplishments.
• Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, job orders, and delivery receipts for construction materials and project expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any Business-related course.
• At least 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, JuanTax), MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
