Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment runs via check, ACH, wire, or online banking
• Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software [e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero]
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a similar role
