Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Qualification

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA candidates are eligible.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on interview performance.
• Experienced Candidates: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor and supplier invoices.
• Check invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and accounting entries.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliation.
• Track payment schedules and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal finance and accounts teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA qualification is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel is preferred.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
