Accounts Payable Specialist – Contract

Chicago, IL | Downtown Loop | $25–$35/hour | Onsite Monday–Friday

A leading financial services firm in downtown Chicago is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a contract basis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Review and reconcile accounts payable records
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors
• Assist with resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
• Support day-to-day accounting operations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in the Loop
