Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• High-volume invoice entry and matching
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Processing supplier payments and payment runs
• Maintaining accurate vendor records
• Assisting with month-end activities
• Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries

Your Profile

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Oracle, Dynamics or similar
