What they need
- Process and verify supplier invoices.
- Fluency to speak, read and write Traditional Mandarin language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Ensure all payments are approved before processing.
- Prepare and process payments (checks, bank transfers, online payments).
- Maintain accurate financial records of all transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment queries.
- Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized filing (physical and digital records).
- Follow company policies and accounting procedures.
