Accounts Payable Executive

Job location - Churchgate ( 2mins walkable from Churchgate station and nearest Metro stop)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement of goods and services, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Perform TDS calculations on vendor bills and maintain accurate records of payments made.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations by filing returns and making necessary payments on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role, preferably in an IT Services & Consulting industry setting.
• Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or Master's degree (M.Com) in Any Specialization; knowledge of accountancy principles preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using Tally ERP software for invoice processing; strong understanding of GST laws and regulations required.
