Accounts Payable Executive

Responsible for day-to-day treasury operations, including Bank Guarantee issuance, renewal, and closure, Fixed Deposit reconciliation, and bank compliance activities.

Manage payment verification and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.

Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and fund requirements to ensure effective liquidity management.

Handle vendor payable management, including tracking due payments, resolving payment-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders for banking transactions, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and MIS reports related to treasury activities while ensuring adherence to company policies and controls.
