Accounts Payable Roles & Responsibilities

1. Process vendor invoices, verify bills, and ensure accurate accounting entries.
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
3. Manage timely vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.
4. Maintain accounts payable records and update payment details in the ERP system.
5. Perform vendor account reconciliation and assist in month-end closing activities.
6. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment-related queries.
