Accounts Payable - Fixed Asset

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Fixed Asset & Accounts Payable Executive. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end fixed asset accounting, accounts payable operations, SAP HANA, and TDS/compliance activities. The role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and finance teams to ensure accurate accounting and compliance processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset accounting including capitalization, asset transfers, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate booking of invoices in SAP HANA.
• Maintain fixed asset register and monitor asset movements across locations.
• Process vendor payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and related compliance activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for audit requirements related to AP and fixed assets.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and reconciliation statements as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting and Accounts Payable.
• Strong experience in end-to-end fixed asset processes.
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP HANA is mandatory.
• Good understanding of TDS and compliance activities.
• Knowledge of GST and vendor accounting processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
