Accounts Payable- Junior Assistant

Job Responsibility:

·         Responsible for daily record keeping of Accounts Payable is complete on time.

·         Carry out daily / monthly accounting functions including GL and reconciliations to ensure records are up to date.

·         Maintaining up-to-date creditor ageing and ensuring payments are done as per payment terms.

·         Liaise with suppliers on invoicing and payment matters.

·         Responsible for other accounting-related tasks.

·         Able to handle the full set account.

Job Requirement

·         Candidates must possess at least a Finance/Accounting/Banking Diploma or equivalent. SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

·         At least 2 years of working experience in the related field would be an advantage.

·         Required skills: MS Excel, Word, etc.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers and external parties.

·         Integrity, responsible and multitasking.

·         Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·         Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet deadlines.
