Accounts Payable -- Logistics

We’re looking for an AP Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:

• Logistics industry experience is required.
• Must be proficient in CargoWise.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
• Familiar with accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on payment issues.
• Available to start soon preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Review and enter vendor invoices and logistics charges.
• Coordinate payment approvals and maintain payment records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Work with vendors and our operations team to verify charges.

Pay: $26.46 - $31.87 per hour
