CCL Global is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager for a long-term contract!

• Remote working, ideally based in Texas
• $55.00–$65.00 per hour + 1.5x OT
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Procure-to-Pay & Accounts Payable

• Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, from purchase order and goods/service receipt through invoice capture, coding, approval routing, and disbursement.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payment runs (ACH, wire, and check) across the US portfolio and its multiple legal entities.

• Enforce three-way match, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duties, investigating and clearing exceptions, holds, and discrepancies promptly.

• Own vendor master data integrity, including onboarding, W-9/W-8 collection, banking details, and annual 1099 reporting.

• Own the AP subledger, including accruals, aging analysis, reconciliation to the general ledger, and month-end close deliverables.

• Partner with Treasury to manage payment timing, early-pay discounts, and cash forecasting to optimize working capital.

• Develop and maintain AP policies, procedures, and internal controls, driving standardization and automation across the P2P process.

Oversight of Remote Accounting Team

• Oversee and coordinate the remote accounting team that performs day-to-day AP transaction processing, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to agreed service levels.

• Serve as the primary onshore point of contact for the remote accounting team, providing direction, review, prioritization, and escalation support. The role coordinates the team's output without formal direct-report authority.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, throughput, and error/rework metrics, driving continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

• Review and approve offshore work to confirm US GAAP, company policy, and control requirements are met before postings and payments are finalized.

Broader Accounting Support

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close beyond AP, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations as needed.

• Assist with audit and diligence requests, PBC schedules, and supporting documentation for internal and external auditors.

• Support indirect tax, sales/use tax, and 1099/1042 compliance connected to vendor payments and procurement activity.
