A leading Irish Business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join its growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a busy AP function, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop the Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and query resolution.
• Manage AP month-end activities and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor AP KPIs and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes.
• Proven people management experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a high-volume finance environment.
