Accounts Payable Manager

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager for a growing, well-established organization! This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact within a high-volume accounting environment.

In this role, you'll oversee Accounts Payable operations across the U.S. and Canada, lead and develop the AP team, and drive process improvements that support continued growth. You'll also have the opportunity to modernize existing workflows, introduce automation, and partner with cross-functional leadership to strengthen operational efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong operational and tactical AP management experience within a large, high-volume organization
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development, strategic planning, and process improvement
• SAP experience and strong Excel skills
• Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or other high-volume, product-driven industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to different audiences
