The Opportunity

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Shepparton on a 12-month full-time maternity leave contract.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our accounts payable function running smoothly, including:

• Processing, matching and coding supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing payment runs and monitoring outstanding payables
• Responding to supplier and internal queries
• Supporting month-end activities and audit requirements
• Working closely with our broader Finance Team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous Accounts Payable, Finance or Accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence working with invoices, reconciliations and accounting systems
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
• The ability to work on-site with our team in Shepparton

Experience in retail, hospitality or a multi-site business is a bonus, and while a relevant qualification is welcomed, practical experience is just as valuable.
